Details, House of the Future

So we all know there is a "new" house of the future going in at DL. I have seen reports that say its not going to look futureistic like the old one but more like a normal home. This has me a bit confused, are they building a freestanding house in tommorowland? or is this going in to the lower level of inoventions like I have seen mentioned on some other boards? Any details on how this attraction is going to operate? is it going to be a walk through? or if it is going in to the lower level of inoventions will its be a show with revolving theaters like Carosel of Progress? any details would be great, I dont want to wait until i get there in March then try to find out at the park.
Thanks
Steve

4 CMs will play the Elias family who are planning a trip to China and the home probably will be Innoventions.

The 5,000-square-foot home, scheduled to open in May, will look like a suburban tract home outside. But inside it will feature hardware, software and touch-screen systems that could simplify everyday living.

Disneyland will team with Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and others to bring the $15-million Innoventions Dream Home to Tomorrowland in May, according to the Associated Press.
The two-bedroom demonstration home with a kitchen, living room, dining room, study and backyard (but no bathroom) will feature current and near-future technology, including:
* Closets that help select clothes and suggest matching outfits.
* Touch-screen kitchen countertops that recognize groceries and make menu recommendations.
* Digital artwork that adjusts to personal preset preferences

Wasn't there a previous attraction that took you to various diaramas, and had "real" people on t.v. screens, and figures in the one in front of you, and the next scene the situation was reversed. And the houses were "future" houses, one was a farm, one was under water(?), and one was in a space ship. It sounds like they are re-vamping this concept again!! I remember the attraction, because you could "chose" which way to "Exit"

It was Horizons. I went on it 6+ times on my first visit to Epcot in 1985. It was my favorite attraction. When I went back in November 1997,it was still open due to Test Track not being ready yet. I went on it a few more times. It was dated, but it was fun to see it again before it closed for good.
My favorite part of Horizons was the underwater colony. Having a dolphin for a classmate would have been fun.

Thats IT, first went on it in 87, then 93, 94, 96 It reminded me of the house of the future that I had seen pictures and descriptions of, from the Disneyland attraction!

I liked Horizons too... and liked the Birthday party for the kid... and the dog and the boy floating away from his parents in their space home.... Anyone who's ever been on Horizons notice a Rainbow Fern outside the Desert House?
