Stupid Guest Tricks

I was in The Hall the other night. This guy came in with an idea for a special event that we should have at Disneyland: Singles Night. I asked if it should be a ticketed event that would happen after park closing. He thought that it would be best as a regular day with activites set up by the park to meet people up. I mentioned the system of putting numbers on people and you can leave a message for people by number and you can retrieve you message. His main concern is that we wants an opportunity for guests to hook up with cast members. My immediate response should have been "That's the most frightening thing I've ever heard." Instead, I mentioned some BS about "conflict of interest." My fellow cast member there at the counter kept giving me looks of evil because I was encouraging him. One of my managers was making a big joke of it. She was listening from behind the wall.

It would have been one thing if he was hot, gay, and hitting on me, but he was the usual slimy, slow, moron with no charisma. He was good for a laugh.

We already have enough Guests stalking the CMs. We don't need an organized system to make it easier. Besides if they did do it Disney would find some way to screw it up.

I think it's definately a conflict of interests... we're NOT interested in them? ...yea, that's it. Shit. I've honest to goodness met a couple good people there, and my girlfriend, now ex, at the park. The park is a good place to meet people, but for you girl CMs, you guys have it rough. The average male guest is 5'8, 20-30 lbs over their standard weight, balding and carrying with them an odorous smell. Did I mention they live with their parents? They are much more likely to flirt with you then a fat chick would be with me. Sadly, I laugh when I see my fellow CMs backed into a corner by some dudes hot ass breath, unless I wanna get into the chicks panties, then I'd snatch the greasy little shit up by the back of his neck, give him a loud ARRRGH in his ear, then bring my free hand upwards on his nose, effectively sending his nose bone into the vacant space that is his brain house. Of course, later than eve', I'd take my lady friend out to TGIF's .. DAMNIT, what a trendy, CM filled place.
