Stupid Guest Tricks

I'm coming off maternity leave in April and was debating between a transfer to CD or char hosting. (I am so utterly fed up with my current dog-eat-dog department. Words alone cannot describe the level of burnout.) I'm surely qualified for CD but the low pay there and supposed difficulty getting FT is a deal breaker. I absolutely cannot go PT - even temporarily - since I provide medical insurance for both husband and baby. Many questions abound about both departments and the interview process. Anyone wanna fill me in? I particularly want to know if there were any pay/management changes in CD over the last few months..or any coming in the near future, at least.

My friend works at Circle D ,but I don't know all of the particulars of her job. She doesn't seem to get as many hours there as she should. A lot of times she is working in other attractions such as Turtle Talk with Crush or on parade duty.
You not only work with the horses,but also with the other animals in Big Thunder Ranch. (Goats,cows,etc.)
Fun job,but not a lot of hours esp in the downtime.
