Stupid Guest Tricks

That's funny. One of the SGTs mentioned was my family! We were attempting to watch the fireworks and a very rude CM told us we couldn't stand there. It was the only spot my mother, who is in a wheelchair, was going to be able to see the fireworks over the treeline. Had the CM "asked" us to move, then offered us the ability to move back to that spot once the fireworks started, I don't think we'd have been so irate. Instead, he ordered us to leave, then when we said we needed to be there to view the fireworks, he incited his line to insult us and call us names. He had a few "adults" (and I use the term loosely) in his queue who were getting quite violent and we had a 3-year-old with us. We were trying to move away to another location, and he was encouraging the SGs in his line to continue to harrass us. THAT'S why we called security in. I'm sure he DID get into trouble. He'd have avoided that trouble if he'd simply and politely explained that he was going to take a few more pictures but he'd make sure we could move back into that spot a few minutes before the fireworks. It was a great example of making money (on photos) over making positive guest experiences and pretty much ruined our whole night.

And those will be the first to scream that they are gonna sue the whole world if little timmy or tammy gets hurt for ignoring the rules!!
