I have kinda a small request from any CM's at WDW.
I am planning an upcomming trip for Dec and I have some old park maps (from the start of HCOE. I was wondering if anyone could get me a map from the 4 parks and send to me please? I called WDW and they said they don't send out park maps, just the vacation DVD (which I have). I'ts just easier to have the map in hand to plan each day.
Thanks you in advance.

P.S. If you can/will do this, then PM me for address. I am online atleast once a week untill I get internet back at home.
Thanks

If you go to Disneyworld.com you can order free customized maps of the parks. They are printed on high quality paper and look great. To good for use in the parks but great for planning and as keepsakes.
You can also find the maps online at any number of sites and can print them out.

Not a lot of help but you might want to go to an art suppy store and get some sheets of plastic, self stick, laminate material slightly larger than the printed maps. Laminate front and back of the printed map. Then you can use wet erase pens (like a dry erase but needs water to remove) to write on the map.
If you don't use full size maps, but print them to standard 8.5x11 paper you can even get page laminate material at office supply stores. I have found such at my local Office Depot. They don't always have larger sizes, but I have found poster size sheets from time to time. But be sure that you use the self stick unless you have a heat laminator or are very good with an iron (and LOTS of practice).
Actually if you want to use these smaller sized maps in the parks or want to make a series of small, pocket sized maps (like a pocket road atlas) such lamination can allow you to make a booklet that is sweat and rain (and Splash Mt) proof booklet. Just make the laminate a bit extra wide at one end to allow a couple of holes to be punched and either a string or a binder rivet (I think that's what it's called..kind of a rivet with two legs that can be spread to hold it in place) can hold the atlas into a book. Just a side thought, if you only use one binder hole the atlas can be twisted open instead of opening as a book.
Randy (always full of...ideas. Yea, that's what I'm full of. :D: )

Papa Mouse - I have a set of park maps I can send you. We were just there in mid-December so they are current. I'll PM you.
The maps Shorty mentioned are really nice and suitable for framing. I wish I'd ordered them without having my favorite attractions noted on them. They are nicer when they are just plain.

Thank You Zazu I can't wait to receive the maps.
And Randy. Thats a good idea. I'll take my new maps to Office Depot and have them laminated.
Just hope Disney will keep these for more then one year. LOL
