Stupid Guest Tricks

I spoke to the nicest CM CSR on the phone today with the WDW dining. I called to make my PS (yes we will be keeping all of the PS's that we made I'm trying not to be a SG). Anyway this lady was super nice. She confirmed which characters were supposed to be at each meal for us and made sure that we had times that we wanted for each one. She kept repeating herself which I understand she is probably supposed to do, but other than that she was totally cool. She gave me tons of information that I didn't know. I wish I could give her some kind of kudos.

Last year when I called them the girl I talked to was rude.

Thats cool, if nothing else you could get the info from one of the CM's here and sent it to a supervisor there! I don't see what the problem is on some of the other boards, I have always made my own reservations, and have never had a rude or uncaring CM!! Sometimes they would tell me no on a reservation request, (because it was full!) but thats not their fault!!

Well, you could always SAY it was(hehehe) taking calls in your offtime to help out the east coast!!
