Just for fun... I see I have 841,000 results for Purpura and a bunch of them are about skin discoloration. If I put in my real first and last name I get 6,720 results

Heh...all my hits for my screen name are other places I've posted with the same screen name. Apparently, I'm a liberal who likes books and Disney. Who knew? :D: The only other interesting thing that comes up is a wildlife center (a wolf rescue, I think) in Colorado. Apparently, they have a wolf named Kwahati. (This is especially funny to me as it's the name of my dog...she's not a wolf, but close enough... Also funny because I named her for a word a friend of mine gave me: Kwahati is supposed to be a native American word [I've forgotten which language, exactly] for "Little Killer"... Makes me wonder how that wolf earned the same name as my baby. :twisted :)

Edited to add: googling my real name pisses me off. My best writings have been buried by random stuff from many years ago that is, somehow, apparently more popular or at least linked to by more people...

Did it include the lightorama display by a J. Purpura in florida? When I saw that I had to check but found you are reported to be on the other coast. On the other hand if you were visiting or had recently changed coasts I guess it could be you who did the light display in FL.

Nope that's not me. I'm in California... and I live in an apartment. J. Purpura is probably a male, and I definitely am not a male.

I put in my brand X board name, since this one is pretty far-reaching. :D: I got all the posts I ever made there!

I put in my real first and last name. Wow. I am a folk musician, a mezzo soprano born in Canada, now in London, I have a CD, head a Leadership Foundation, am some sort of Professor, and co-authored a book on Science Literacy!! And that was just the first page of 226,000 results.

:D: I wondered about that the first time I saw your name. I work in medicine and purpura is a term for a bleeding disorder with hemorrhages under the skin.
