Stupid Guest Tricks

Okay I just heard this from a fellow CM. Apparently a fellow CM at the Land was punched in the stomach a few months ago. She was 3-4 months pregnant and LOST THE BABY!!! Even worse, the kid got away!!! That is unbelievable!!!! This is absolutely assault and battery. What are your thoughts???

Well, my reaction is that I feel very sorry for the CM. that is terrible. Possibly a little publicity could bring forth a witness, and Sheriffs office could initiate a homicide investigation. Most jurisdications have the "Year and a day" rule, or more when it comes to cause/results of battery.

I'm with GP on this one. No rant,but call the authoritys. If all else fails,make it national news. I doubt the little FUCK will come forward,but just 'maybe' the little shit will feel bad for the rest of his/her life. :mad:

This is total BS.

I hope she does report it, and get her doctor to report the medical side!! Who knows maybe someone will come forward that knows who did it!! Hope so! Do the CM's report any assaults/contacts on them by guests? (sure hope they do!)

Sorry about the rant title, I was just very angry about it. I don't really know all of the details but I know it happened a few months ago. I hope she did report it, and I am assuming Disney paid her medical costs as well. I feel really sad for her, she is such a nice lady and did not deserve this at all.

I agree, hopefully her doctor can give a medical opinion to the police that the possible/probable cause was the blow struck! Just very sad.

Where in the land!? The only pregnant person at Soarin' that I know of had he baby in June... And I was there in September and no one mentioned anything like that... That's just awful!

I work at the boat ride, she was punched at merge in august.

Man, this just makes me so sad and sick to my stomach :( ...That guy needs to be prosecuted, he committed murder, assault, and any number of other things I am sure a good prosecutor could find to put him away for the rest of his miserable, little worthless life. We should have a mob caning on sight law for these jags! Everyone around gets to take their shot at the little snotbag! :mad: What a fuck! A worthless waste of space on this planet. I hope his dark soul rots in a place worse than hell..... :mad:

If it was a kid like the OP said, they will do the hand slap, although I am not familer with Flordia state law. The good thing would be that if he was from out of state, that could be worked on the angle that he "flew to avoid prosecution" taadaa Federal law!!
