SGT out in the real world

When I am not programming for NYS Lottery, I am the Girl Scout Service Unit Manager for the Capitol of NY. That means I am in charge of all the Girl Scout troops in this city.
So this past weekend BF and I took a bunch of troops camping.............er....Lodging.
Many of these Scouts where 1st graders so moms came along.
As part of scouts we spend lots of time doing anti drugs, anti smoking and anti drinking programs.
So this is why I found it so remarkable that while I have about 15 little ones huddled around a camp fire, one SG mom lites up.
Now personally I could care less if she smoked Camels, drank White Lightning, and had a meth lab in her basement. She's not my problem. But even though I quietly asked her to put out her smoke because there is no smoking on Girl Scout property, she commenced to agruing with me.
Oh it went from, "Your not my leader", to "I want to see this law written down". Just carrying on with her poor daughter and many of the girls near her visibly upset.
So I had to go and find her leader. Mainly because she has not yet figured out that I am over her leader. I don't mean to have that sound stuck up. Now her leaders shows up and tells her exactly what I said so she begrudgingly goes to her car to smoke.
Next morning, guess what I find all over the ground by her car.
