SGT in the making?

Hey I used to post here ages ago, don't know if any of you remember me..! :D: A bit sorry to say I'm your typical SG/Passhole, but a nice one, I hope.
On another forum I know an annual passholder who is planning a trip around May and wants to cosplay (dress up in costumes) with her friends as Kingdom Hearts characters, to get pictures of themselves standing next to the characters at DL. She seems pretty convinced that there's some sort of deal where, if you e-mail Disneyland (?) with a picture of your group in costume, you can be provided with special badges and advance permission that enable you to wear costumes in Disneyland for the day. I laughed at this, but considered the DISTINCT possibility that maybe there is such thing. (I don't see how, because of liability, but it's a myth, right?)
Anyway, her friend is completely convinced she can take on security at Disneyland or something, I suppose, because she's been saying things like "We are going to Disneyland in costumes regardless of ANYTHING!" I got in trouble with the forum admin (who appears to favour those 2 people) for arguing against this and telling them I've spoken to CMs who know there is no special dealio about wearing costumes. So my word is invalid I guess, but anyway, they're planning on bringing costumes and changing while inside the park.
I'll get a ban if I try to tell them anything else. :) Good thing I don't like them much already. (The AP girl thinks they can get away with it because she was there on Bat Day and saw people in gothic lolita style.)
