What's happening here?

The guy is seliing passes. OK, maybe there's nothing wrong with that. But why does he need to meet you at the end of the day and pick the passes back up again?
I will meet you in the morning as early as a half an hour before Disneyland opens to give you the tickets. You will have both days with the tickets to go back and forth to Disneyland and California. Then on the second day when California closes you would go back into Disneyland where I will meet you. (Once again park hours vary depending on the day you go so please check Disneyland website for all park hours.) If you are already in the park you won't need the tickets anymore, all the fast-pass machines will be closed by then. So I am meeting you twice, once in the morning and then once at night. So I am meeting you twice, once in the morning and then once at night on the second day.
It seems odd. Could someone explain this to me? (Not interested in the auction, just curious) Even if he were a cast member signing people in for money he wouldn't need the passes back, right?

And even if he somehow has the ability to buy tickets for half price, once the 2-Day clock starts running those tickets become worthless the end of the 2nd day, right? So, again, why the big deal about getting them back?

Maybe they are stolen and he does not want Disney getting hold of them to trace.

That's certainly weird. I guess it's another case of buyer beware. Imagine my shock.

I'm sure that there is something fishy here.

He states that he has 10 tickets and that only time they are good is for the first 2 weeks in September.

If he is not trying to hide something, why does he need the media back??

Yeah, I don't understand the reasoning for that either. It smells fishy to me!!!

I bet Disney is already watching this one. Seems very fishy. Maybe someone should email him and ask him why he needs them back :)

That is very weird, my only guess is he wants to tickets to try and cover up evidence of the sale. Doesn't sound like what he is doing it legal but then again I sometimes get confused myself about those rules....has a bunch of positive reviews though.

That is an aweful large amount of time he is spending. He has to park then take a tram then walk to the front then find the person. How do you find someone at the front of the Park. Then he has to repeat this again on the last day. Why spend at least 2 hours and maybe more to sell some tickets? Even if he could get half price tickets he could make more money with local friends than going through Ebay.

If he was an employee then he would not be doing a two park ticket would he? Again he would have it easier to tell people around him that he is an employee comping people for a small fee. He could as an employee take his favorite waitress to a park and then she could give him cash for something else like gasoline or to buy his old lawn mower. "You got $100 for admission to parks using your cast ID" "Nope, she bought my old lawn mower for $100" and then he whips out a bill of sale.

It is a fishy tale however you look at it. I want to go to WDW for my 50th birthday but no so much as risking losing all my money or jail time.

Selling a park hopper good for one day at "$49

Wow what schmuck would pay that when you could get a ticket good any time.
