What does H.E.M. stand for? Any cast members from the Studios here recognize this? :)

My guess is thats just someones nickname. Costuming will let you put just about anything on your nametag.

They won't give me one that says "The Master". Even though it would work so well into the persona I often use when we have the British invasions...

Try asking another costuming CM lol. I always am losing my nametags, and one time I got one they just had me type in all my info myself...probably could have had a lot more fun with that but oh well.

One of my friends goes by Crispy. Her name is Christine, but at one point in her Disney career, she worked in an area with a lot of other Chris/Christine, so she went by Chris P, which later became Crispy. She has several styles of nametags, all saying Crispy, but costuming won't issue her a YOMD nametag with "Crispy" on it.

(however, another friend, named Matthew, was issued a "Frosty" nametag ... he initially became Frosty a few years ago, when he found the tag on the ground. Not sure how "Frosty" is ok for a nametag, but "Crispy" is not)

It's an old saying among senior cast members: "Three managers, four policies." Just keep asking until you get the answer you want... then hide!
