"Where are the bathrooms?"

Post by Flame » Thu Aug 02, 2007 2:19 am

just remembered this STG from me today.

i was at AMC in DTD, and before Pirates 3 started i went to look for the bathroom. i search pretty much the whole building for one, then give up and go ask one of the girls working the concessions area where it is...

"Excuse me, where is the bathroom?"

*smiles and points* "Right behind you."

"....Thank you."

:oweye: i guess i should have looked UP at the sign with the words "Restroom" on it.

That's sounds like me. I asked a CM outside of Space Mountain what time it was. Instead of looking at her watch she looks right behind me at the clock on by the Fast Pass machine I was just at. I said, "There's a clock right behind me isn't there?" She was nice and smiled and said "Yeah." I felt so stupid.

That's when you yell "Look, a bear!" and run the other way.

The best one is "Where is the theme park?"
I love it when they do that.

"No. Walt Disney, maybe, but that's about it."

And related to that, those who refer to Magic Kingdom park as "Disney World".

Or the lady who, as I was walking to break at Disney MGM Studios, came up to me, showed me her tickets, and was irate they wouldn't let her in.

It was very difficult not to respond with, "Well, ma'am, we won't let you in with those tickets. You paid the wrong people to come in here."

Universal Studios, Disney-MGM Studios... I get them mixed up all the time too.

How many people do you think ask if it's their ticket...

Busch Gardens Africa has print at home tickets too. During Howl-O-Scream, you can print out a ticket for a VIP tour, but the tour didn't include park admission. The top of the ticket said in big bold letters, "Not valid for park admission." In my VIP tour group, about 6 SGs didn't buy tickets to get into the park. They complained that they thought the tickets would get them in the park, but they eventually bought the necessary tickets.

Surely this would never happen on a Universal VIP tour! :)
