Stupid Bunny Trick

Well, I guess they're not afraid of humans.
I was at FIW, walking brisquely through the grass from the dropoff to the ready line, when I felt my foot make contact with something soft. I looked down in time to see a very small bunny on rollout from a good swift kick. It then scampered off and continued feeding, but I felt really, really bad. It's one of those things you use to take people on a guilt trip: "Hey, you might as well have punted a bunny!" And now I have. Sure, it was by accident, but it still happened. :(
I guess I don't get any Environmentality points for that one.

Just because the job sucks at times does not mean you can use a bunny to let out your frustrations. Be happy you did not have to give it mouth to mouth and CPR.
Zazu is there a dead bunny smilie?

Yes, I had had that thought. While I don't drag my feet, at the same time I do keep them rather close to the ground for just such an occasion.

Is it true that WDW pays its employees so little that the employees are now killing rabbits, squirrels and other animals at WDW so they can feed their families?

[quote="ktulu"]If it happened @ WDW it was probably animatronic ]On our boys' first trip to Florida in '03, ages 6 & 8, they were just beginning to grasp the divide between Disney magic-making and reality, we spotted a bunny from our WL balcony. One of them asked, "Dad, is that a real rabbit or a
Disney rabbit?" :D: Of course, now you've caused me to doubt my answer.
Zazu, do we need a bunny-kicking smilie for BW?

On our honeymoon trip we stayed at Port Orleans Riverside (former Dixielandings) and the animals seemed to come out on queue as we would walk by, a bunny, ducks, or butterfly's. We figured either there were animals kept and released at the right time for the guests to see or they were animatronic.
I hope PETA doesn't hear about this incident!
