Stupid Guest Tricks

As some of you know, I just wuit my job at Astroland Amusement Park in Coney Island. They were down right horribale in every single way. But, I had to go back on Tuesday to get my working papers back and my pay checks. I was only there for the Media Day of the Cyclone's 80th Anniversary, so when I finally so my boss, I told him I needed my stuff. (I actually left on good terms suprisingly) What happened next made me more pissed off than before. After "searching" they lost my working papers and my pay checks! This is after weeks now. I was so furious but never showed it. They then told me to leave and they'll mail it to me (yeah righ!). I think I may have to take legal action now!

File a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board. If your final check is held up they owe you interest.

Indeed you should file with your Labor Comissioner.


Not sure about your area, but there's a $300 dollar fine in Ca. when you
don't get your final check within three business days after terming.

Well, today I finally went down to Astroland when I got an e-mail saying they had my stuff and that I was to go and get them. I told them I'm taking my time. So I went down with my brother, and two good friends. I got my pay and my working papers back! Round about to $120 in cash! God I love the ghetto! Well, while we were walking my boss walked passed me, and he looked pissed. My brother, friend Kenny and I just stood there shocked! While my other friend (Kenny's boyfriend Andrew) had no idea what happened, hehe. Well, we took a ride on the Cyclone before catching the train home and there was the same boss talking to my uncle (who was operating) at the booth and was looking at me as if he was going to tear my head off! Me and my brother just laughed :2fingers: ! I am finally free of that dreaded place, and now they can close!
