I'm back, Trip report

I am back, at work now, thought I would let you all know how things went. Overall a good trip, we got in about 11:00 am and were at CA by 11:30, we met a friend of my GF's there, shes an APer also but I think she is borderline passhole. We spent sat afternoon at CA, not too busy, had a nice time and called it ealy around 8:00.
Got up early to try to make Nemo first thing Sun morning, Parking garage opened at 07:30 and by the time we got to the entrance plaza lines were long so we made a quick call for breakfast instead. Everything seemed to indicate they were expecting some big crowds, it was busy by not as busy as I thought. My GF booked us for the birthday party at Plaza inn and that was kinda fun, first time I ever did that, I would do it again, we are going to E-mail a compliment about one of the CM's that was very helpfull with GF's son's food alergy. We rode everything we wanted to except Nemo and did dinner at Goofy's Kitchen, missed the Monorail due to closed for fireworks so we walked down DTD, shopped a little and headed back to the room about 10:00. Earlier in the day I broke one of the straps to my backpack which was a problem all day, since we had one more day to go I picked up a new one at DTD.
Monday had early entry so we knew no Nemo that morning, there was a CM looking for people who wanted to do the breakfast at plaza inn so we took her up on it and had our second charactor breakfast of the trip. Got out to Pirates Lair, nice job done, cant wait to see what they do with the area around the fort. Still didnt think the lines were that bad, we FP Buzz a couple of times and HM was less than 30 mins, POTC about 30, we stayed for the fireworks, picked up a couple of things on Mainstreet and got back to the room around 11:00. Overall a good trip.
I have always been a people watcher, but maybe since I have been coming here I notice the real SG tricks now.
As I mentioned my GF"s friend was a bit of a passhole. She was a know it all, I didnt see here bother any CM's but she sure let us know she knew it all. I think she had a little of that sense of entitlement thing going.... one thing she would do that really bugged me is she would buy a soda from one of the restraunts where you get one free refill then keep the cup all day and refill it over and over again. She even commented she would ask for a cup of ice and some CM's would give you the regular cup and then you could refill it with soda later. That sort of thing really bugs me.
A few things I observed, on ToT my GF and I went alone, kid and friend waited, we were in first two slots row 4, CM tells row 3 to enter, last row to your right, only 3 spots, they go left, my GF tells them other side, I tell them other right, we enter and the two girls that were behind us are not there. I figure they chickened out, elevator fills and the two girls get on last. It must be frustrating for CM's when people do this, slows everything down, there were only 2 elevators running at that time.
When we left for the night, GF stopped to have a smoke just outside security, my GF is one of those courtious smokers, she gets away form people, I was sitting on the planter, bench thing in front of the bakery, watched a guy come from one of the bars, had a bright green drink cut in his hand, no bags or anything, he sets the cup on top of the garbage can and goes through security, guess pushing open the flap is to much for him.
Sun, we are waiting for the train at tomorowland station, girl behind me says "here comes the train now, and its going the right way so it will be a short trip" Her friends all laugh and tell he the train only goes one way, I guess the lack of a second set of tracks wasnt clue enough. Funny but no harm done.
Gooffy's kitchen, when you enter take first left and almost a U-turn, two tables, one on the left is all booth, one on the right is booth back and chairs front. We are seated table on the right, theres a family with two little girls table to left, Mom, dad, two girls and grandma, SG dad is sitting between the two tables (walkway to sit on booth seats) I say excuse me, he doesnt move, I say excuse me again and he says go ahead so I squeeze past him and stick my ass in his face. We get situated and GF tells me to take the kid and get food, I say excuse me to SG and stick my ass in his face again, get food come back he still hasnt moved, gets my ass in his face again. And no hes not sitting that way so his kids can get out for photo ops, they crawl under the table. I hear him tell granny one of his daughters (niether is older than 6) has moms ass, and thats not a good thing. (mom is sitting there at the time) he complains about how bad the food is, crowding me and I'm starting to get a bit pissed off. Time for another plate I get up and try to knock his plate, which he is holding in his hand on him. Guess my ass isnt quite big enough. Get my plate of food and figure when I get back I'm going to tell him to get behind his table so I dont have to keep climbing over him, get back their gone.
Monday, waiting for the fireworks, we are in the hub on a bench, the path that points to Frontierland, CM's move benchs so theres two rows facing the castle, rope off the rest of the path, tell us no walkway through there. 40 SG's climb over everyone between the benchs. I ask CM again just to make sure this is not a walkway and she confirms people need to go around, I move one end of the bench against the bench in front of us at an angle, no one goes through now.
After we leave we stop right outside security so GF can smoke, I'm back on the cement planter bench in front of the bakery, I watch two teenage girls go in front of me along the barriers, CA side that are at a dead end, they get to the end and climb over, they dont have bags or anything, all they had to do was walk through security, no problem, but for some reason they felt it was better to avoid security and climb over the barriers. I yell to my GF to tell the CM working security two girls just hopped the fence, she didnt even have time before security had them.
I met many really great CM's this trip, thanks to all of you for doing a great job and helping to make the magic. I will have to make another trip soon, still want to ride Nemo, we are looking at August right now.
