For what it's worth, here are the 10 codes used on the monorail for WDW.

Here's a few that we use at Stone Mountain Park:

10-7 - attraction/shop/etc. closed temporarily
10-8 - attraction/shop/etc. reopened after temporary closure
10-41 - attraction/shop/etc. open for the day
10-42 - attraction/shop/etc. closed for the day
10-71 - Ride the Ducks (amphibious vehicle tour) entering the water
10-72 - Ride the Ducks exiting the water
Signal 2 - medical emergency
Signal 55 - lost child

I've heard of 96-E, 96-F, and 96-I, but never 96-S

SIGNAL 96-S comes from a little document titled "Talking On The Radio" by John Robert Kappeler. This rather humorous instruction guide list Signal 96-S as "There's a huge snake on my train!"
