But I swear I didn't see it!

Okay, I had a guest come in yesterday all upset. This was of course, right before I am going home for the day. She pounds on the front desk demanding to talk to someone. The poor girl who is relieving me just looks so scared, so I help her out.
I ask how I can help. "WHERE IS DISNEYLAND??" she says in a overly loud and annoying voice. " It's on Harbor ma'am. Right around the corner from us." I say quietly, hoping she'll get the hint and lower her voice. No such luck. " I HAVE DRIVEN UP AND DOWN HARBOR. SO EITHER THEY MOVED IT OR YOU'RE LYING TO ME." "It's on Harbor. Has been at the same location for over 40 years. Here's a map so I can give you the proper directions." "NO, THIS IS WRONG. I'M TELLING YOU I HAVE DRIVEN UP AND DOWN THE STREET AND I HAVEN'T SEEN IT. YOU SHOW ME RIGHT NOW WHERE IT IS."
So, instead of shoving her head where the sun doesn't shine, (which was foremost on my mind) I walk outside and we go a little ways to where you can see Disneyland gleaming in the sunlight. "OH, IS THAT IT? THAT DOESN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE WDW AT ALL. NO WONDER I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE IT. WELL, HOW DO I GET IN THERE?" I explain still patiently the ways to get there either by walking or driving or taking the Anaheim shuttle run by the city. "WHAT, I HAVE TO PAY TO TAKE A BUS? THAT'S DAMN RIDICULOUS. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A HOTEL SHUTTLE TO TAKE GUESTS OVER THERE?" I tell her that because of city boundaries, we are considered to be walking distance. The shuttle doesn't even have to stop here. But it was up to her how she got there. "YEAH, WELL THANKS FOR NOTHING." She walked, or I should say waddled away muttering to herself.
Yep, that's what I'm here for. I moved the park when you weren't looking. HAHA!
