Costuming is by Harbor Pointe, near the security check point by the kennels.
I am not surprised about how many guests accidently walked backstage. I guess they didn't see the "Cast Members Only" sign.............................THAT IS AT EYE LEVEL!!!!
One time, I saw an asian tourist backstage near Rancho behind the family restrooms............ SOMKING!! I told him that he wasn't suppose to be there and it wasn't a smoking section. He said he didn't know and left. What makes guests think they can like go ANYWHERE they want!

I saw a mother with her daughter backstage behind Twister (at Universal). The daughter who looked to be about 4 years old was squatting in the bushes. I told her that she was in a restricted area and the mother said they couldn't find a bathroom and her daughter needed to "poop." I escorted them out to the restroom and called for cleanup.

The sign may be at your eye level but not the eye level of the SG.
Maybe it was not in the right language, as we know the foreign SG's don't understand the language, any language! (Unless it's to their advantage)

It is amazing how illiterate guests are unless they find something to their advantage. New park invention is for each guest to enter their name on the ticket then as they go past a sign it would change so that they could see the sign.
Keep off the grass Nancy Hicks. No smoking Bob Burtollini. No fumar Marco Gonzalez.

This has to be one of the best SG experiences I've ever heard of.

As they scan their ticket at the turnstyle we will now log them into the park and customize all signs for them.

Nice thought, but I can already hear the excuses:
"I didn't see the sign."
"I thought it meant a
different Bob Burtollini."
"Que? Yo no habla... I mean, I don't speak Spanish."
