WARNING - SG (my brother!) coming April 27 - May 4

I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to me to have family and friends tell me AFTER their trip to WDW that something didn't go well - 9 times out of 10, if they had talked to me first, I really could have helped. i.e. - my nephew is autistic. My former brother-in-law took him and his severely ill step-sister to WDW.They didn't even know about the various forms of Guest Assistance, and had a miserable time. ARRRGGGGH.
So, last time I went (in January) I got my brother some maps, knowing that his family was contemplating a trip later this year. Yesterday he called. They are planning to go April 27th. Do they have room reservations? No. But hey, they should be able to get the All-Star Sports no problem. Okay . . .and the one thing they simply must do? Cinderella's Royal Table. Do they have reservations? Nooooooooo . . . but they've been to WDW before, so they'll do just fine.
So I'm warning all of you - the kids are adorable, but the parents may well be SGs!
