My Personal Disney Magic Moments ROFL

I was only down for 4 days and in that time I got to witness some lovely behavior.

On Friday Night I was sitting on the balcony of my Boardwalk view room. It was about 12:30 am and I look down and see a Bride and Groom (i am assuming they were leaving Jelly Rolls or Atlantic). I saw them married earlier in the day on the lake. Well, they are both still in full wedding attire, you can't help but watch. The more I watched the more I notice her stagger, as they round the corner to the steps I see her lean over the small bushes and just heave, her new husband trying to hold her up. All I could think was you just spent THOUSANDS to be married on Disney property and have a reception and you aren't going to remember one minute of it.

The second piece of magic  I saw was while standing in line for Soarin. There was a family behind us from England and they had a little girl about 7-8 yrs old. I watched this kid when the line moved she would spit on the post she was stopped at and watch it run down the post. She also was licking her hand and running it along the ropes. Her mother just stood there absently watching her not saying a word. It was so gross. Made me wish I had hand sanitizer on me, which I think I will carry with me from now on.

Gotta ask the cm's do you guys catch every cold out there? And are you guys first in line for flu shots. :D:

As far as the married couple goes, all I could think was " Guess who isn't going to laid tonight".
#2 If that had been my kid,she/he would be eating jello through a straw for a month.(not really,I would have bitch-slapped the parents for 'letting' her do that in the first place).

I'm a nut abt always having hand sanitizer by my cash wraps because of your story Jinxed, & working the front lines. Will refill whenever needed, not a problem! Disney made a big deal abt having & using hand sanitizer in early 05, then locations ran out & it's like "Come on, management put this mandate out. Now go get the damn stuff so CMs can follow the program & have some protection from SG germs." Free Flu shots are given over a month or so. Older CMs, CMs with disabilities, & breathing issues are always given flu shots first. All who want a shot get one. :needle:

See, I have NEVER understood that. I know that you are excited and relieved that your wedding went off without a hitch, ( or pretty close ) but why would you spoil it by getting so wasted you don't remember your name? That happened at my brother's wedding. As soon as the reception started, my brother and his buddies were sucking down beers like water. He was damn tipsy by the end there.

And the little girl, I just don't know what to say to that except some parents should have to take an exam before they breed. If you fail the parts about health, safety, and common sense, you need to take classes and then maybe you will be permitted to have children. They are not toys or a momentary distraction. They are a lifelong responsibility! Think about that before you hop in the sack. It only takes once..

And even if you take all the normal precautions it can still happen. My daughter was the best surprise I've ever gotten. :bawl:

They dont call it F(lu)-Land for nothing! (OK i just made that up, but thats not the point)
Yes I have gotten a horrible cold from the mass amounts of kids in Fantasyland. We have hand sanitizer backstage and I make it a point every chance I get to use it especially before eating. I'm sure all these kids sick here at school aren't helping either.

I also want to add I have an incredible immune system, so getting such a horrible cold is VERY unusual for me.

I think the worst case of flu I have ever gotten was from F-land! It knocked me out for a whole week before I started feeling better!

on kids being gross- This past Friday I just saw a kid literally making out with the wall on Buzz Lightyear. Al I could think of was EWWWW!!! How many people touch that wall and how many kids put their boogs on them?
