Videotaping Candlelight Processional?

Hello, all!

Had a thought this morning (scary, I know), and thought it best to ask any and all Epcot CMs:

In an effort to avoid being a SG, what's the protocol on videotaping the Candlelight Processional? My camera has an automatic light that comes on in the dark (our reservations are for the 8:15pm show) and stays on during taping. I was thinking of taping this for my mother who can't travel with us, but I thought she would enjoy it still.

TIA-
Zanne

If you can't turn off your light, it's the wrong camera for the job. At the distance you'll be seated (even in the front row), all the light will do is annoy people.

I recommend against putting a shade over the light, as any camera which turns on the light automatically is probably not going to be able to handle the low light levels of this show.

My advice is either to rent a suitable camera or download something off the 'net for her.

Thanks, Zazu! Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too.

Do you have any recommendations on which sites to go to for downloads? These days, Mom's all about life on the internet since she can't get around so well.

Thanks again! :)
