I'm a cast member, not a dog!

"Excuse me"
Thats simple enough to say isn't it?
Apparently not so for most guests. One guest in particular decided that our cast members aren't members of civilized society! He treated us, literally, like dogs! I was walking in a guest zone and was in the middle of answering a question from another guest when a rather large woman called in my general direction "Hey you! Come here!" while she snapped her finger expecting me to respond to the sound of her fat fingers moving together. I told her in my cast member voice "I will be with you in a moment. I am in the middle of helping another guest."
The woman persisted on dog-calling me and screaming for me. I finished with my first guest and continued on to this woman. Instead of asking me her question, she proceeds to berate me and curse me out for not responding fast enough. Then she dropped a bomb i was not expecting. She said, and i quote cuz i have neither the time nor the energy to make s**t up any more, "You people who work here are supposed to come when i call. When you work, you should be like a dog and listen!"
After that i just said "have a great day" in my cheesiest voice and ran backstage. It took me a while to recover from that one.
Has anyone had this happen to them? Why do these people think that they own everything and make sure you know it?
