Assault on the guests

I am working in Star Trader fixing the keychains. A gentleman guest is hunched over on the floor looking at the spinner of keychains next to the one I am fixing. He gets up abruptly and backs up quite fast & right into my pen. Mind you, I have not moved. He turns around and in a mean tone states "you stabbed me, that's not cool!". I said to him, "sir, you backed into me" as nice as I could. He then stated, " Don't give me that!" I can't believe these people. Just because they are the guest they aren't always right. I just left it at that. Also the pen left a mark on his shirt. Who has the last laugh now? :D: :

Whoever made up the expression "the customer is always right" needs a good swift kick in the ass.

Good thing they're not "customers" then... they're Guests (or SGs), of course.

Sir, if I truly assaulted you, you'd be dead.

Wow... People are so dumb.
If you allegedly DID stab said guest -- wouldn't there had been blood?

Ya know, I think I was there that day! Cuz I remember this story! Creeepy!

Speaking of Southwest, if you've ever seen Airline or A&E, there's a lot of stupid passengers doing stupid things and whatnot, and almost every damn time the Southwest person in the end is like "You know, this IS your own fault" right to them (when it is in fact the case). Like one with these guys who sat in the bar until after the final boarding call and their seats got given away to standby folks. The lady was just like "I am THE manager, and it was your own fault for missing the plane, too bad." So awesome.

I had an incident like that a couple days ago where I had to get through a line, and I said excuse me to these people, they looked at me, I stood there waiting for them to move, they didn't move, and then I just slipped through right in front of them with very little space (but didn't touch them or make them move!). They got all huffy and like "gosh, excuse YOU!" and I had a chuckle. It's scary though when some crazy (usually a 50+ white woman accompanying but not phsyically with family in my experience, or actually, that's been the demographic of all 10+ of my experiences of this) guest just barely brushes you or something in the jostle of a crowd, or you nick them with a lap bar you said was coming down, and they TRIP THE HELL OUT. Like you should grovel and comp their admission cause you slightly bumped into them with the force of a featherduster after saying to watch out. And oh, they get LOUD. That pen situation sounded pretty nasty too, good thing he didn't violently-verbally trip out too much.
