And then I became a witness...
So yesterday, in the Land of Litigation, I became a witness to the bullshitter of the century!
One Safari Truck hit another Truck, and I was behind them both and became the witness to the "collision." Needless to say, nothing bad happened but one woman decidedly thought she'd take advantage of the situation.
A woman sitting in the back row, right hand side, of the truck that got hit, waited about thirty seconds after the "incident" clutched the left side of her head, raised her right hand, and proceeded to shout about how she'd hit her head, and wanted to be let off the ride. She then proceeded to limp from the ride, and didn't want an ambulance, she just wanted to speak to a manager.
Ok, so let's take a look at the facts... shall we?
1) Thirty seconds is about the amount of time it would take the human brain to compute that "Hey, I'm at Disney, and if I get hurt on their rides, they'll pay big money!"
2) If she had hit her head on anything, it would have been the padded pole to the right hand side of her body.... so why was it the left side of her head being clutched?
3) It was a supposed head injury, why was there limping involved?
4) Anyone that was actually hurt would be interested in seeking medical attention... anyone interested in bilking the company would ask to speak to management!
So anyways, as I said, I had to go ahead and become a witness. I filled out a witness statement, and told managment if they needed me for anything else, I'd be more than happy.
If a guest actually was to get injured on the attraction, I would do anything in my power to make sure the guest was all right...
If a guest is trying to bilk my employer out of some money, I will go to the ends of the earth to proves them wrong.
I saw the whole damn thing, and the woman didn't even hit her head!
Guests... gotta love em eh?
