Trying to find a castmember

Hi. I am trying to find the name of a [Disneyland] castmember who works on Splash Mountain. He is probably late 20's, early 30's, tall & thin with reddish brown hair. I have encountered him several times, he is always so friendly and helpful. Anyone know who this might be or have any info on him? I really want to find a way to give him so credit for the great job he does. Thanks!
