I'm researching this, and I need some info. What is the Spirit of Disney award?
What must a CM do to obtain this award? When was it first issued? Below is the nametag issued to CM's who have received this award. Has any CM here won this award? Any info is appreciated.

Only a small handful of CM's earn the Spirit Award. You are nominated by fellow CMs, and the field is whittled down considerably before the awards in October.
There are three awards. I can't remember their current names but they used to be "Employer of Choice," "Resort of Choice," and "Investment of Choice." Each can be won only once. Winning one gives you the bronze award. If you earn a second award, you get a silver award. Very, very rare are the golden awards, which are given to those who earn all three Spirit Awards.

Thank you so very much. The above nametag was recently acquired for display in my Museum. Your replies help me a lot.
