I hope you all can either help me find a great CM or at least tell me how to tell DL about him. Here's the story. We went to DL on 8/7. About 10PM, we rode BTMRR. The CM there was so cool. My son asked to sit in back and because he used the word "please," the CM gave him a sticker, then he gave my dh and I stickers. Then, while we were waiting to ride, my DH and I were discussing how sad it was that the poor CM had been there all day long and not one person had been polite to him, the CM came up and gave my son some sort of pass thing that we could use as a fast pass but on any ride. And then of course we got on the ride and in all the bustle and excitement and stuff I forgot to get his name so I could compliment him at City Hall.

I feel terrible. This guy was so sweet to my son and really helped enforce the good manners that we are drilling into DS and then I go and forget to look at his name tag. How can I make sure DL knows about this? If I write DL and tell them that at 10 pm on 8/7 on BTMRR there was a great CM will they even try to pass the compliment to him? Or does DL even care that a CM really made my son's day? This is my first post so if I did anything wrong, bear with me. :o:

If you write to DL, the compliment will get posted on our list of compliments, but they probably will not go through many pains to find his name, if you leave a description and it fits him well his manager might recognize who he is and he'll get credit for it. Even if they have no clue who he is, if he sees the list of compliments (and unfortunately it's not posted everywhere) then he will more than likely remember you and the situation and appreciate the effort of you making sure that he knows how much you appreciated him. I know I would.

After thinking about it, I think the guy's name started with a "C" so maybe I have more details than I thought. Thanks for the help. I did write DL today, so I just hope this guy gets a compliment for what he did. It was really nice. :)
