If you haven't joined a group yet, (and that is most of you,) Please join one ASAP so we can know where everybody's coming from. If you don’t belong to any of these groups please e-mail me or PM me and we will create a new group! Each of these groups has there own private forum for you to post on. We are also looking for qualified moderators to moderate our new groups if you are interested please let me know!

That I am. And Guest services could cover custodial and security so i will keep it ME.

Nonono... the official department name "Guest Services" encompasses the Main Entrance ticket sellers, takers, and the plaid only. I do see that it could cause confusion for people who don't know that, though, so maybe just call it "Main Entrance / Plaid"?

That'll cause major confusion to us on the east coast as well. Here at WDW, turnstiles are part of Main Street Ops, ticket sellers are part of Vacation Planning, and plaid are part of Guest Relations. Guest Services are part of Resorts, and Custodial and Security are each separate departments.
It isn't bad enough that the Mouse has a byzantine organizational structure, it isn't even a consistent byzantine organizational struture!
