Was anyone else banging their head against the wall this morning when Bob Eubanks was talking about how Disney characters act when they're backstage and on breaks? At least Michaela Pereira had enough sense to say "I have no idea what you're talking about." Geez!

Dumb question: Who's Bob Eubanks?

Yes, I saw it and was just flabbergasted. I just went to KTLA's website and sent an email to the station manager. Being a former CM I cannot believe that Disney Exec's would not be wanting to have a chat with him and KTLA.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. He's the guy that was doing the commentary on the Rose Parade on KTLA this morning.

Oh, thanks.
Was he criticizing them or just laughing about what they do? Either way, it is bad to say that on television, especially when there are kids watching.

Basically, he was like, "Yeah, you know when they put on that costume, it's Disney rules that they become that character... like if they go to to the employee cafeteria and they're wearing Donald Duck, they ARE Donald Duck." and the other girl said, "Bob, what are you talking about? Mickey Mouse is Mickey Mouse... he can't just take it off!" And he was like, "Er... uhh... I meant... uhh... oh." *insert foot in mouth*

And I'm sorry, I worked in the Inn Between. The characters don't stay in character. Duh. Can you imagine if the poor girl who plays Mickey had to come and buy her food in her costume? She would be dying from sweat. Plus, there is nothing funnier than hearing Cinderella talk dirty on her cell phone to her boyfriend. But I do agree that Bob slipped up. There are kids watching at home, for the love of Pete! To them, Mickey made a special appearance today! Ass. Other than that, the parade was great.

He's the guy that used to host "The Newlywed Game" gameshow. GameShow Network runs old shows from time to time.
He was also one of the cohosts for "Funniest Gameshow Moments" or something like that. Funniest clip of that was from his show, where he asked the question to a woman, "What's the wierdest place you've ever made love?"
Her reply? "Up the ass."

Can you imaging going into the Inn Between and SEEING Mickey, Minnie, Donald, etc buying food? That would be way tooooooo creepy.
In Mickey voice: "May I have the enchilada upgrade please for here."
