After spending almost 2 years in Guest Relations, I've encountered quite a few guests with absolutely no brains. Here is one such example:

In cloudy/rainy weather...

Me: Thank you for calling the Disneyland Resort, my name is *******, how may I help you?
Guest: Hi, can you tell me if you are open today?
Me: Yes we are, Disneyland is open 365 days a year.
Guest: Oh, uh, what happens when it rains?
Me: Well, everything stays open if that's what you're asking.
Guest: No, I mean, does everything get wet?
Me: Well, yes... the rain tends to be wet around here.
Guest: OH! Okay... I thought there was a bubble over Disneyland!

no it's not a bubble...

Uncle Walt is in so good with the Almighty, that anytime it rains, a dozen angels hover over Disneyland holding a giant canopy, but it only protect the truly good and innocent from the rain...everyone else gets drenched...

oh puleeeeezee....

Guest: Can you do something about how hot it is?
Me: According to climate control the a/c is broken but should be fixed shortly before dusk.

A former student of mine, who I had convinced to spend a semester in the WDW College Program, was working Custodial in Tomorrowland one day when I came to visit. As we were chatting, it began to rain lightly, and a guest came up to ask him about it. I thought he had a simply marvellous answer for her:

"Excue me, but it appears to be raining."

"Yes, ma'am, I believe you're right."

"But I thought there was a transparent bubble over the Magic Kingdom?"

"Yes ma'am, there is, but it's so very thin that birds tend to fly into it and tear holes in it. Because it's so transparent, we can't see the holes. When it rains inside, we know the bubble has been torn. We'll have a new one installed by morning. Thanks for letting us know!"

"Oh, well that makes sense....."

The amazing thing was that he was able to deliver this story with a straight face. I about died trying not to bust out laughing.
