Stupid Guest Tricks

who here has received a guest compliment? :D:

I did. Some AP gave it to me because another CM and I spent like an hour bubble wrapping stuff he was buying and sending to Northern Cali. Worst hour of my life. :(

i've recieved 4, and been notified of one. the only way i know about the other three is because i saw it on the portal.

i've noticed a significant decrease in compliments since city hall has decided to only accept concerns... now, if a guest wants to give a cm a compliment, they have to mail in a form or something that city hall gives them.

Can you get those online? I wanted to give a couple of CMs compliments, but by the time I left DL I was so tired I forgot. :(

Gotten 3 where the guest verbally complimented me through my manager. None went on my record since they weren't written at City Hall. All 3 were for how well I handled lost children and CFA calls.

I've gotten 1 offical one and numerous guests coming up to me after Fantasmic/Fireworks/Parades/ER trips to compliment me personally. To me that's worth more then a piece of paper and 3 mouscar moola coins. Funny note the offical compliment? For Fantasmic! Enterences.

Oh yeah I also just received 2 100% MGV in a row, one for just happening to be in the store while two other CMs helped the MG, and one for actually helping the MG when I was the only CM in the store. I was never on an MGV that I knew of when I worked over at the park, I got an 83% when I was new at the hotel, and now I get two 100% in the same month.

I have also been complimented by numerous guests who complimented me personally on the good job I do, my sense of humor, resourcefulness, etc. As much as I feel more gratified when a guests compliments me personally, I would just like to be able to quantify how many guests have been happy with the service I provided them.

oh my gosh,, i have gotten numerous, letters, compliments and even gifts sent to me at the hotel. many times, i have been given monetary gofts for my help, and almost all the time thst happened, my manager insisted thst i could take them. it felt really goood!
