You just know it -- a guilty pleasure of just about every CM is to read the guest complaints and get a good laugh. Mostly the laugh is at the stupidity of the CMs if, indeed, the story presented to City Hall even resembles what actually happened. But once in a while you just have to wonder what these guests are doing out of doors unsupervised.

Recently a woman filed a formal complaint to City Hall when she tried to use a FastPass on Space Mountain. Apparently, she got the FastPass and the return time was 11PM-midnight. Well, she said, she wasn't going to be in the park until 11PM, so she asked the CMs there to change the return time, which of course they did not.

So she went to City Hall to get them to change the wait time and even had a supervisor come out. Again, of course, they would not change the wait time on the FastPass return. After all, doing that is tantamount to cutting in line.

So, she claimed, she spent an hour arguing with the good folks at City Hall to no avail, so she wrote a complaint.

Makes you wonder -- why would she spend an hour arguing instead of just waiting in line for the same hour?

Didn't just throw away the complaint?? Why bother filing a complaint if they are going to throw it away anyways!

That would require common sense, it's not very common to see someone in Disneyland use it. :D:

They file the complaint to appease the guests that are making the complaints. That way they think that something is being accomplished eventhough everybody just has a good laugh.
