so i get this guest checking into the hotel the other day. she told me her room shoud be ready, i told her since check in time was 3 hours away, i could try to find a room that was ready for her if not, i would pre-register her. she then said....i don;t understand. what is pre register??? i explained it to her 3 times. then i told her she has got to be kidding... she could not grasp the concept of doing her paperwork, then getting access to her room when it was ready. i finally thought that she was joking with me. sh elooked at me all wide eyed and stupid and said " i still don;t get it....do i have to pay twice?? this stupid moron should not have been allowed to breed, much less leave her home without many, many nurses.i basically told her at that point, there was no explaining i could do that would help her, and to please let me do my job, and maybe . just maybe she would get it. so i pre-register her, give her all the info i could, and she complains the next day. she felt that i made her feel stupid. well..... ok...she is stupid! kerri, you are a stupid. stupid woman. scary stupid! don't pass on those genes!!!
