Mouscars 2005

Post by lady ulrike » Wed Sep 07, 2005 11:37 am

So, I don't know how many of you went, but in case you haven't guessed, I work at Storybook Land and guess who got attraction of the year?? You guessed it, Storybook Land. Well, really it's one third of attraction of the year cause apparantely (sp?) they divide it up..it's DCA, westside and eastside. Plus we had several bookies get mouscars, it was awesome. I think the best think about it though was seeing the look on our A-lead's face when we got up on stage...it looked something like this

Afterwards we were talking and our leads were saying that they want us to answer our phone.."Attraction of the Year, Storybook Land Canal Boats, this is ...... how may I help you?" I think it's a great idea personally. :)

BTW, for those interested the attraction of the year for DCA was Playhouse Disney and westside was Indy.

Anyway the Mouscars were lots of fun and not just because we won. :)

And you guys sure deserve it!

The last time I worked that damn ride by the end of the day I began screaming
that I was Godzilla and tried to swallow a cat whole. It was great.

If you ever stop and ask yourself: "How do they dress themselves?"
Congratulations and welcome to my world.

I didn't go this year, but go Bookies! I love working with all of the bookies and leads over there and to for us to win Attraction of the year is an honor. Of course, congrats to the other winners also! Who won lead and Cast Member of the year?

Well in Fantasyland, lead was Kelly and Cast Member was Pat..Tomorrowland Cast Member was Mercedes, which is great cause she was a bookie until she went back to Space...there were a couple others I knew from my fastpass days but don't remember which lands or which awards they actually got.
