A 50th thought

At first I felt bad for all Disney people because of the 50th coming up and how hella hard it's gonna be. Then i remembered this thing from the "Dawn of the Dead" remake.
When hell is full, the dead will walk the earth.
Well, when Disney is full, the pissed off guest will walk to DCA.
I'm worried. Is it true that if you don't move and keep perfectly still the guest can't see you?

that is absolutely true...
i've done many a study on not moving...
you see- because we're ALL animatronics, guests just assume we're powered down when we don't move.

It will be a war, no doubt about it.
But after getting through July 4th crowd control, I'm still standing.
They could bus in convicts and give them commemerative 50th handguns and bullets and I still wouldn't care.

Yeah I survived the 4th, I can survive sunday. Nothing is gonna keep me from enjoying the 50th as well.
Random thought how come CC gets the 2 hardest sections of the parade route and fireworks?

No see you have act like them, Moan and drag your feet a bit and you'll get by just fine.

i've also found in my studies, that if you walk slowly and without a purpose you'll get less to speak to you.
...it's when you're sprinting from your location to backstage to take your break that the guests fight each other to talk to you.

Ha ha ha ha ha! I thought I was the only one that did that. I've done that on the cappucino cart. I will stand behind the cart. The only way you can see me is if you come right up to either side. I think a good deal of people don't know I'm open. Hey, I'm at work, and on location, what more do you want?

Yeah, I have the same thing, but I've got much more to the list. Let's see, Friday (last night) opening night for the new play some friends of mine do, then I had Harry Potter, and then the 50th, which I'm working. As if that wasn't enough, my sneaky boyfriend added more. Last night at the play, he proposed. :lovers: I knew it was coming and I even knew it was coming soon and suspected at the play (or the Harry Potter premiere, yes I'm a big enough nerd that I would've liked it) and was still shocked when they called him up on stage, of course once he went on stage I knew what was coming. :dancear:
Yeah, okay so I went a bit smilie crazy, what can I say, I'm happy.
