Is there any way to have rotations on Attractions and not be landlocked? If so, how did you work it out? I know a CM who is interested but has no idea how to raise the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of rumors circulating about the lift of the land lock. I need to find my copy of the union contract to be sure (really haven't felt like looking for it) to raise the issue or not. Then again I am not one to rock the boat.

To me its not the issue of the land lock so much as the "Adventure/Frontier is getting more hours and cross training the NOS/CC" Ask GMC how many times I've complained about him getting hours (when our availablity was the same) and having 3 (possibly getting the 4th) attractions with about 3 months less seniority then me. (I only have 2 attractions).

If I am understanding this correctly, you want to be in a rotation(like rotational bumps) that takes you to different attraction? I really hate to encourage this but the only "attraction" that has different rotations and not landlocked is Classics (East and West). You are, of course, landlocked in Fantasyland but you can rotation between 4 to 5 attractions in one day (if your lucky). The only problem with the Classics is the lack of team work that is really needed to operate the rides. In two cases, you operate the attraction by yourself (carrosel and tea cups).

I hope with the new executives they will bring a change to lifting the landlock or at least going to Westside and Eastside.

Fantasyland classics is the only area where you can get rotation from each attractions.

I really hope they will lift the landlock and maybe I can get Jungle Crusie and don't have to transfer!!

Well, I guess this thread doesn't matter anymore. After getting d***ed around by various managers the CM in question has decided to say screw Disney and quit. She already has a great job lined up paying her twice what she made at the Mouse House. Go figure.
