I once shelled out a lot of money I couldn't really spare at a magic shop just to find out how he did his needle through the arm bit. Just the thought of his delivery still cracks me up, how he was so nonchalant about it, assuring the audience that it was just a trick, while showing this long needle that was *clearly* going right through his arm, blood and all. One of the greats.

I remember seeing him do that on TV once. Cause of death was a stroke in the night while he was sleeping.
