No, rape is never a girls' fault, but I also think that girls need to think long and hard about the message they are trying to send when they put on a particular outfit.

I went to school with a girl who had some promiscuity issues. She was 16 and had dated 30 year olds, she once said "sex for jewels is a good trade." Our college took us to a dance at a local military high school (since we were all underage). She had her platinum blonde hair in curls, makeup so thick you could swim through it, the highest heels I have ever seen, and a red shiny dress that had a zipper the entire length.
