Personally, rather than a louder horn, I would like a P.A. system. That way, I can specify what someone is doing that is causing the problem. :cat1:

A few years ago a firetruck was on a run when some gal panicked and didn't know what to do. (middle of an intersection)
The firefighter got on the PA, "Pull over to the side". She still didn't move.
What happen next was priceless, "Lady,,,Get the FUCK Outta the way". Cheers could be heard though-out the intersection. :twisted:
