Nah, the Cascades isn't high speed. It just runs on rails that are made for semi-high speed, and with a Talgo car set that is used in other parts of the world for high speed rail, kinda like the Klamath Falls-Weed Line will. :D:delsdad wrote:I took the Cascades from portland to Seattle in 2000.
