No dairy is right but I can digest lactose, go figure. I have no problem with cheese or ice cream but over time it build up toxins and then my joints hurt and not sure what else but I can do ice cream or cheese every other day. I would not ask for ice cream unless I could eat it.

Now for my dinner at midnight, a cheeseburger.
