It's not too late. Give her a call. It really can make a huge difference in your degree of recovery.

Better to get the pain over with and walk without restriction thereafter, I say.

Oh, fear not, she doesn't wait for an official doctor's order to be pestering, I mean, treating me. She's been working on my foot and giving me exercises to do since I woke up from the anesthetic. It's in her nature, both as a mom and a PT!
