Amen. I'm all for guest recovery, but don't the multiple other families inconvenienced by these jerks count for anything? In the long run, wouldn't it be better to have one idiot family gone for good rather than have many other families steamed that they got away with such foul behavior?? I just don't understand the way Disney management thinks sometimes.WLStephanie wrote:So let's review what we have taught these idiots, if you *bleep* loud enough and cause enough mayhem, Disney will reward you. Nice. They should have been ejected for interferring with operations. Disney doesn't count on this family that much.

Re: Guests Who Ruin Your Day...
i am not a CM but a frequent visitor to WDW. i love disney and i think all the CM's are terrific. some really get into their job. especially on the TOT, and Haunted Mansion. i work and live on long island and w/the public. and i feel for all of you who encounter the rudeness of people. i get it too. people are of the opinion that the rules apply to everyone but them. it's awful . would they like being treated the way they treat people, i think not.
i say to all of you who work in the theme parks, GREAT JOB, and as hard as it sometimes, (i know), you are better than those mindless rude inconsiderate obnoxious morons.

Hello epcotgolfer,i am sorry to hear about the trouble that family from the UK caused. as$£&%es are the same the world over.
Having just started my first job in retail/customer services i was amazed and astonished the amount of abuse and stupidity we have to put up with.
Am slowly getting to grips with my once firey temper and and coming up with devious and funny ways of getting my own back.
I have totally changed my attitude when i am in a line waiting to be served.
Chin up and give as good as you get...
Be nice to me and i will go out of my way to help...
Mess with me and watch out...

Re: Guests Who Ruin Your Day...
The British guest is typical of a small type of people who would do the same thing to the bank manager. It is scary that being put in jail, having your kids taken from you, and having 10 or more CM including security who scare the manure out of anyone usually would not phase this British guest.
I can say that in my life I have seen or dealt with the British guest's type and they have to have things their way and only deal with higher ups. I had to move from working at polling place when one of these demanding types demanded I let him vote like regular voters even thought the rules said that since his name was not on the voter's roll he had to vote with a special ballot. Later a family member came by and said he like near had a heart attack and was rather ill.
Yep them stubborn, always right even if they are wrong, where is the owner types are lurking and waiting to find the right victim. I wonder why they are like that.

I recall one day standing managing the line for photos at Disneyland's Splash Mountain, and a early 50's-is guest, talking (as tho the thought just struck him and I was a migratory worker) in my general direction said, "Can you tell me why SOME people get to go ahead of others in line, while others who paid the same admission have to wait on them?" I did my best to explain FP to him, pointing out that it is available to ALL people, and that not only does it save a place in line to get on a fave ride QUICKLY, but it also shortens the line for those in standby, thereby letting EVERYONE get on a ride faster. He would hear none of it. No matter what I said, he was already determined to be mad at it, and would not adapt, even when I told him HE could be the one getting in quickly to a ride that very day. Finally he just snorted and said, "Sounds stupid to me."
Yeah, that's the kind of guest you want to puch out, but then I realize that men with tiny dicks ALWAYS have to A. F#ck with a Disneyland CM, B. Beat their wives or children, or C. Invade Iraq under false pretenses. The world is just like that.

D) Claim there is a huge "global warming" problem, E) carpetbag a Senate seat from NY, F) drive across a bridge drunk with a woman who was not your wife, drive off the bridge, go home, wait 8 hours to tell anyone (meanwhile the woman drowns), and not get charged with murder.screnwriter wrote:Yeah, that's the kind of guest you want to puch out, but then I realize that men with tiny dicks ALWAYS have to A. D) Claim there is no such thing as Global Warming, despite rapidly shrinking glaciers and rising scientific evidence, E) Attempt to carpetbag a senate seat in Illinois, F) shoot a supporter in the face with a shotgun (while "hunting" caged Quail), keep it from the police and media for at least 24 hours, and not get charged with anything.
Hey, this is fun!
Seiously - bad behavior from politicians of both stripes (as well as from small-penised men) is nothing new.

Keys did not win. ;) Then again, it's the people of said state that vote for them, eh ?
So, would you rather be riding in a car with Ted Kennedy or hunting with Dick Chaney? At least Dick Cheney called 9-1-1.
