At DLR CPs get either 3 or 4 years seniority upon hire. I think that's unfair personally. It is actually detrimental for DLR CPs to become regular CMs as they lose that seniority. I don't know why they get that seniority over there.

What!

As a CT, nothing I do gets counted towards seniority or years of service (they could at least add my hours and offer a 1-year pin after 750 hours). I thought CPs had the same deal.

That's true at WDW but not at DLR.

Since you seem to be in the know on that, is Disney like GA Tech housing where if your roommate has alcohol etc it is your problem too? Or are they more relaxed for the professional interns in that they only care about who is actually causing the problems? I'm getting at least 3 completely random roommates for the fall...

In Wellness apartments, if there is any alcohol EVERYONE can get in trouble (unless they can prove whose it is). However, it's fine to have alcohol in non-wellness apartments. I guess it really depends on what the problem is.

What is now written in the new contract for foods, all CR's get their hours as usual. CP will get the senority of 2006. CR's will not get their hours bumped down either.

Look up Local 50 H.E.R.E.

Local 11 is in charge of the hotel employees.

For attractions, they get 3 years. The reason for it is that they're supposed to work a certain number of hours over the course of their CP, so giving them that seniority date ensures that they get them.
