Have never had this but am told any unneeded walking, standing, sitting, bending, pulling up, & so forth is never advized. Purpura is only a week out of surgery. How in the world can she even want to get out of bed & take such a chance tearing stitches? Would freak me out if I was that fragil. She can come in to park & sign in, however, if she is seen walking & all - there will be questions asked by RTW & her Foods managers. CB, MLOA has many facets. Err on the side of caution - Always! You love her - don't take chances with her health nor job. MHO.
[font="Palatino Linotype"]main streeter couldn't be more correct on this issue...i don't know how purpura would be able to even enjoy being in the park...even in a wheelchair...i know how i felt a week afterward...and i didn't feel like going ANYWHERE...i think it was a good 6-8 weeks before we went to the park...could have been a bit longer...at this stage even standing up straight can be a trick...

be very careful of your wife's condition...she needs a chance to heal...and wouldn't it look odd for her to be in the park after just having had major surgery?

Main Streeter,

How would I recognize you?

I hope to meet you some day since you know Rob and me.

What part of MS do you work on? The amigos will be here tomorrow. I can't wait. My sister, friend and I hung out with Shorty82 and BW last Sept.

If pupura's main manager, Jimmy, saw her in park there would be lots of explaining on her part.

6 hrs, 39 mins and counting until push back! Here we come, very soon!

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
