Actually, I was amazed at how much other CMs smiled at us as we walked by. Even CMs who were "backstage" and not paying attention to us seemed to be going their merry way. I didn't see any ranting and raving frustrated people. Which was nice.Kwahati wrote:Having never been on the tour, and since you have no photographic evidence, I'm going to assume you're lying to us! I'm going to assume it's sparkly and magical backstage because that's where all the faeries and princesses and mice are inventing magic! :D:

I noticed that they CM's we met backstage had the same friendly attitude when dealing with "guests" we had a few in the group that I suspect were SG's waiting to come out, but the CM's were VERY professional, and cheerful when talking with us!

I love seeing Guests backstage. It's kinda like a little insight to what we do every day. I am always happy to see a guest if they are happy to see me. I got to do the Soarin' Magical Moment which requires you to take guests backstage around the greenhouses and I gave them a little tour before their "first class upgrade". I recall one guest saying "I don't know how you do it with all of us dummies around you. I would lose my mind." Just goes to show you it takes a village full of special kinds of people. ;)goofyjoe wrote:Actually, I was amazed at how much other CMs smiled at us as we walked by. THAT sounds like an SGT'er!! Did you ask them? or at least give them the Web site?? (or would you get yelled at if you talk about this discussion board?)CMGUY89 wrote:I love seeing Guests backstage. I'm finding that being out of buses, that seems to be how it is for the most part. Cranbiz, you gotta get out of buses and come to Safari!goofyjoe wrote:Actually, I was amazed at how much other CMs smiled at us as we walked by. Wow, now that's an awesome CM. Kept a G from going S just by showing up!GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:I noticed that they CM's we met backstage had the same friendly attitude when dealing with "guests" we had a few in the group that I suspect were SG's waiting to come out, but the CM's were VERY professional, and cheerful when talking with us!
I've told people about it. They usually get a laugh from the concept. Like yesterday, when we were about to go out and I decided to scare my test trainer by telling her about the winged bongos that throw their quills. That required some explanation after I said that.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:THAT sounds like an SGT'er!! Did you ask them? or at least give them the Web site?? My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

This was before I knew about SGT. I joined after I finished my first season.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:THAT sounds like an SGT'er!! Did you ask them? or at least give them the Web site?? (or would you get yelled at if you talk about this discussion board?)

Remember, you can tell her that it has been confirmed on a web site, just as much as they confirm wikipedia info!!Big Wallaby wrote:I'm finding that being out of buses, that seems to be how it is for the most part. Cranbiz, you gotta get out of buses and come to Safari!
