Don't you need a serious amount of evidence before you can launch any contest against land ownership? You also apparently need to have proof of ancestry up the ying yang as well as evidence that the land had been stolen! Frankly, in any other country or political climate, "winner takes all" mentality is difficult to beat (although in former communist countries, reparations and return of land has been done); I think the natives should count themeselves lucky that they even are entitled for redress at such a late date.

I am a direct descendant of Adam and Eve, now everyone get off my land :D:

That's one of the fun parts to watch. Our local sovereignty goof balls are always coming up with new "documents" to prove 1) I own all the islands 2) I am the rightful king/queen 3) You haoles owe me a trillion million mega bucks.

You see, what I'm getting at is exactly this: if you don't have:

a) unbroken linkeage of proof that you are who you say you are (Adam & Eve's descendent unless you're a spawn of satan?)
b) proof that you held title to the land in some historically-verifiable capacity (hope your ancestors kept those utility bills and deeds)
c) proof that at some point the land we're occupying was taken improperly from you and
d) proof that you occupied said land at all time possibly up to the time it was taken from you.

then you you don't have a case, right? But for some reason, these folks just keep on camping on the mountain top...

As for caring, yes. Yes I do. Not only it is my job to make sure guests have the right ticket, I'm also a stockholder. More importantly, I'm a CM who's had nine years of SGs trying to con him, and I'm more than a little tired of it.

But if somebody is nice, doesn't try to lie to me, sure, I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt. A gracious wink and pass can be worth more to the company than a kids ticket -- so long as they're the right sort of guests.

Amen. I am a little tired also of people trying to con everything from Disney. Yes Disney makes a lot of money but that doesn't give you the right to lie and steal.
