"Well, you've had one courtesy issued this year, so you will have to replace them both for $20 each, and you will need a block-out-day ticket for $40 each to get in today." I felt like telling her 3 things:
1. Remember your passes next time, after all they are AT HOME! Duh!
2. Refer to your Block-Out-Calendar!! Duh!
3. And Lady, when you have paid almost $800 a year for for Premium AP's for you and SG child, then we MIGHT feel inclined look the other way when you forget your pass and make some magic for you and your SG child and issue you a 2nd courtesy pass!
She had the nerve to tell the sad child that Disneyland wouldn't let them in that day, that me (naming me by name) "won't let you into Disneyland today." The child was crying and having a fit as she was telling him.
I think she won the Bad Mom award that day!!

She sure has my vote!

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

See, now thats the kind of....poop... that needs to be dealt with by revokeing the passes, and refunding whatever portion is "left" followed by a nice "theres the egress, use it!" and "do not return for a year!"

Oh please! We're all adults here (on the outside, anyway). Just say what you mean. If you mean "poop", then fine. If you really meant something else, then just *say*

Okay, so here's your reply, "No, Timmy, Mommy is wrong. I'll be happy to let you in to DISNEYLAND just as soon as Mommy forks over 120 bucks!" :D:
"Excuse me, are those ducks real?"
"Yes, sir, but the water is fake."

UGH! I HATE when they do that!!! I say don't bother revoking them, just make it so that they can't renew. They can upgrade if they want (if they got home and realized they were being douches and it wasn't really your fault) or they can buy single tickets, but no more SoCal Selects and CERTAINLY no $20 discount for renewing for you! There should be a box I can click on Galaxy that says "Not eligible for renewal", and I'll put a note in the system that says "abusive to CMs at Main Gate, Bank & City Hall."

There ya go!!!! I bet you also wish you could arrange for a big net to drop on them from above when they do try to renew and are blocked, and have them dragged off to be given a good lesson in how not to be an SG! Or anything else your little heart desires in the way of payback! Muahahahaha!

Whoa, Jockey! (Yes, I replied to this post just so I could use that! ;) ) While you have a very valid point, don't forget the pride that some Disneyphiles have that they are passholders. I'm sure you would give the same top quality service to a caller whether they were an AP or not, and unless they are demanding or asking for something far out side the norm, just accept it as saying "I take such joy in Disney I saved up to become a Premium Passholder so I can return over and over again! Now, what are the hours today?"

Well, I hope they ARE joyful! but how many times has anyone here been riding back on the tram away from Disneyland(not late, about 5pm) and people are well, a little hostile! I was smiling at some people on the Tram, having had another lovely day there, and once again people are kind of sullen and glowering

No, they didn't have to fight for a seat. Maybe they shouldn't go if it puts them in a bad mood!

:flybongo: NO BULL!!!!!:D:

And in 2007, a court ruled they had to pay P&G $19.25 _million_ in damages. See, for example,
