While I was in college in El Paso (then Texas Western, now UTEP) I successfully fought a radar speeding ticket. I was charged with speeding (I don't remember the speed) in the 4700 block of Fred Wilson Road.
My defense was in two parts. First was that the 4700 block of Fred Wilson Road did not legally exist. Second, was even if it did legally exist I could not have been speeding in that block. I never denied speeding, but then again I never admitted that I was.
The prosecutor said that the points I had brought up were just a technicality; I responded but the law is just a collection of technicalities.
The judge dismissed the charge but gave a veiled warning that I had better never show up in his courtroom again.
BTW, I happened to have been taking a semester of Business Law when I got the ticket.

I don't think you could use that same defense today. Or did it look the same as it does now on Google Earth?

While it was raining I witnessed a couple chainging their baby in the middle of a merch shop. One person holding up the baby, the other one changing the diaper... it was the sudden baby powder puff that tiped me off...

i haven't seen TOO much...just guests using the bathroom with the doors open. and toilets from hell. you know, the kind that has all sorts of stuff in it, and you want to flush it, but you're afraid it might overflow.
